It may surprise most of us to find that the birth certificate was an effort to research why the english were either dying, or spreading disease upon the American land.  It became an Act of Congress to do research and the certificate of birth is the instrument from which monies are funneled through to keep the foundatons and the research going.  It is not what we think, and if we continue to  think it is something other then what it is, it then, continues to thrive making many wealthy and imposing debilitating disease to others, via funded experiements.
