Definition per Black’s Law 4th Edition
Averment – A positive statement of facts, in opposition to argument or inference.
An offer to prove a plea, or pleading. The concluding part of a plea, replication, or other pleading, containing new affirmative
matter, by which the party offers or declares himself “ready to verify.”

Quo Warranto – In old English practice. A writ, in the nature of a writ
of right for the king, against him who claimed or usurped any office, franchise, or liberty, to inquire by what authority
he supported his claim, in order to determine the right. It lay also in case of non-user, or long neglect of a franchise,
or misuser or abuse of it; being a writ commanding the defendant to show by what warrant he exercises such a franchise,
having never had any grant of it, or having forfeited it by neglect of abuse.
It must be made clear that all corporations are creatures of a constitution. At Northwest Amexem
– Northwest Africa – North America – The North Gate the Constitution that all corporations are a creature
of is the American Constitution adopted for the United States of America 1791 which in truth is the Union States of America.

The above
affirms without doubt or contradiction that all public servants of every federal and states government are bound to the American
Constitution and therefore all agencies of said federal and state government must have a “Delegation of Authority”.

All “Courts”
must have a “Delegation of Authority” pursuant to Article III, Section I of the American Constitution where it
affirms the following:
“The judicial powers of the
United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts, as Congress may, from time to time, ordain
and establish.”

The above affirms there MUST be a “Delegation of Authority”
from Congress for any “Court” to exist with judicial powers outside of the “One Supreme Court”.
That being said, below is a blanket “Averment of Jurisdiction
/ Quo Warranto” to be sent “Certified Mail” by the People to any and all federal and states agencies. The
Writ demands a full accounting of the public servant to show by what authority the People are being infringed upon.

It must also
be of note that whenever an Averment of Jurisdiction / Quo Warranto is submitted to the entity – the command is demanding
not just a “Delegation of Authority” but also complete information regarding said entities “Bond”.
The “Bond” information is indemnity insurance and all corporations must have indemnity insurance in order to operate
in commerce.

When any alleged government agency
states that they have a blanket bond, not individual bonds on the public servant, they have just let you know they are operating
as a for profit foreign European private corporation and they are NOT government.

Pursuant
to the American Constitution, all public servants must be bonded. They are the only ones who can act, engage in action of
any kind therefore their actions, i.e. performance, is bonded to ensure that they always protect the People.

Moor Faith In Facts

The same reporter (Joy Lambert) wrote another 'news report', of which the Moorish Nation has rebutted (PDF below)
but not to her, because everything she and her employer ABC24 News needed to know is contained within the Writs sent
out by the Moorish Nation, of which she has already read and is referencing in her news report. Her report(s)
indicate that she and obviously the news reporting agency she works for, DOES NOT KNOW LAW. They do not do any
research regarding law, therefore they do not have the capacity to report anything regarding Law. This is a greater
violation then their usual thirst for sensationalism and shallow habit of twisting facts that most reporters are accustomed
to to. As all civilians are to know the law, in fact the definition of a civilian is "one who is skilled in
the law". From that we can squarely identify that these people are not civil. If they
(the reporters) are not incompetent, then they are complicit in deceiving the unknowing masses into 'believing'
that there exist no true and divine law in the land and that their exist no aboriginal and indigenous people - Nationals
on the land. As if aborignal adn indigenous natives of the land never existed, as if only the Europeans
exist. Yet there are many congressional records that prove otherwise. One example of many, you will
find at least two Congress 'Force Acts' in 1791 and 1792, wherein it was enforced that Europeans were
to stop lynching so-called negroes (Moors). Five years later, in 1796, Chief Joseph of the Nez Perz tribe,
referred to as so-called indians (Moors), made his infinite speech that "he shall
fight no more forever", this being done after the Europeans had committed out-right and down-right
genocide on them. As a side-bar, this also proves the so-called indians and so-called negroes are one in the same, on
the land at the same time. How is it then, these europeans and european reporters 'act' like they don't know
these things? And act as if no one exist, that no one was here on the land prior to them, and that no one matters but
them. They teach in 'their' public school institutions only the history as it relates to them and absolutely
leave out any historical information that led up to them arriving on a land that IS NOT theirs. What wicked
arrogance they possess. It is a travesty to establish schools that absolutely DO NOT teach true information in
regards to history and world history. No wonder the schools are failing. The underlying spirit and intent
must be re-tributed, as in retribution justice, by the Laws of Nature, if nothing else. Europeans migrated by the
thousands to this continent and they are the squatters. They were given the "Law of the land" -
the Republic Constitution for the United States of America, and afforded opportunities as Public Servants for the general
welfare of all the people, of which they have violated those fiduciary duties, and if they are not a public servant,
but a corporation, or a citizen, they have violated the law of the land, and the civil liberties of the people in
their untoward, unlawful, daily practices.

When you read the other news
report article that European reporter Lambert published, (which is in a PDF below and is embedded in the Rebuttal from the Moorish Nation), you must be able to recognize the
mis-information and see, for instance, that she says a bank owns property, when in law and in fact a bank CANNOT
own property. That is what the recent exposure of the mortgage fraud was /is all about. The people have been
deceived with 'fake deeds' administered by the banks and corporations. (See the Movie "Sleepy Hollow" to assist
your understanding as to how they managed that long ago). They have actually murdered the heirs apparent (Moors), established
fake documents (deeds), and then branded and coined the young heirs as negroes. The 14th amendment came later
to ensure the so-called negroes would not have any rights but only privileges. Yet the 14th amendment is not VALID,
was never ratified, and serves as a codicil to re-direct the natural people into faith of corporations, thus losing their
position as heirs of their estate. With all that, these colluding reporters and Europeans have the audacity to
say that Moors are law breakers. It would be, and has been, a travesty for the general masses to continue to be oblivious
of the Law of the Land that secures their unalienable / inalienable Rights of birth and limits public servants, governments,
government agencies, corporations, entities, associations, et al from same. By having faith in their ancient foremothers
and forefathers who established and authorized the law of the land for the Europeans and other immigrants, they (the
Natural people of the land) would not be molested by untoward, unlawful citizens and their colluding establishments and
