as they process most credit and debit cards even if you do not have

order, via mail-in money orders: print the order Form, either Book Order Form, or Card Order Form, fill
it in and send it with your money order, payable to R.V. Bey Publications. All directions and the mailing location
are on the form itself.

The shipping chart is for mail-in

Shipping and Handling: First item cost $3.00 for shipping and handling, for each
additional item add $1.00. The Order form provides a place to total item cost and add shipping cost. There is
also a shipping chart (PDF) you can print to assist with determining shipping cost.
