Nationality is not really a process except
for if and when it starts in the mind, as you now already know, if you didn’t before. It has apparently awakened
in you, thus Declaring it is to be clear yourself and does not necessarily

Important Message Regarding National Identification Card: One may be employed, do business, and
enter into other contracts, and sue and be sued under any name they choose at will (Lindon v. First National Bank
10 F. 894, Coppage v. Kansas 236 U.S. 1, In re McUlta 189 F. 250).
The judicial or
court method of changing one’s name, is merely an affirmance and aid of the “Common law”. Thus,
the common law, by superiority, establishes ‘supreme validation’, and suffices to serve Public Notice for Declaration
of a Name Correction and Change, The ‘court method’ of corroborating a ‘name correction and change’
is not to be assumed as being necessary nor superior, but merely a

A person's 'name' consists of one or more
Christian or given names and one surname or family name. It is the distinctive

definition of a Name, however, we found out they were reading a pocket dictionary. That is why we took this time to
spell it out. There is no mention of a title in the above definition of 'name', as it is not only
a corporate tag, it is also a Christian corporate tag. It also honors the Father's 'name' and not the Mother.
This is why when you go to the archives of city hall's (now called municipalities), you will find the titles El and Bey on

not temporary in its nature, nor terminable at the mere will of the parties, with which third persons and the state are concerned. While
the term implies relation it is not
a mere relation, it is a legal relation AND it establishes estate, since it also signifies the condition or circumstances in which one stands
in regard to his property.

Jurisdiction: essentially
the right to adjudicate (decide) regarding another. Jurisdiction covers,
encompasses, assimilates and incorporates every type and kind of ‘Judicial Action’. Judicial

‘Justice’ in matters of “Rights of Parties”, Rights of Property”, and Judicial Proceedings,

1a. Updated 1/28/23 - Originally posted 5/31/13. . . About 'Ex Rel' and Nom Deguerre NOT GETTING RID OF "OLD NAME" = EX RELATIONE or 'Ex Rel' 'Ex Rel' is the lawful position one takes with a fictitious 'name'
or a Nom Deguerre. A Nom Deguerre is a fictitious name, a war name, a name assumed for a time. Thus your position
is "Nunc Pro Tunc" meaning now for then. Ex Rel' is used in regards
to a Birth Certificated 'name'. A Birth Certificate is an instrument that indicates a Title exist somewhere (as all
certificates indicate) However, that title is not the El or the Bey. The Birth Certificate is the instrument that proves Human Trafficking, therefore there is nothing to redeem. The proper use of 'not throwing it away"
is to Ex Rel it, which means you information about it - the 'birth certificated name', but it is not you and NEVER was.
It has nothing to do with the flesh and blood being. Therefore the
use of 'Ex Rel" is the lawful position in regards to not getting rid of it, AND
to do all NEW business in your 'new name.' Of course upon
study, he trusted you would find that out, as the half had not been told. Don't believe us, try it, instead of trying
to redeem it or run from it.

Rel is in relationship to having INFORMATION ONLY regarding the nom deguerre or straw, as many have called it, or
regarding any fiction, as fictions CANNOT speak for themselves. That is why an Attorney is always forced upon you, as
Attorney's are for the purpose of speaking for those who cannot speak
for themselves, i.e., corporations. Attorneys ar also officers of he cour and their true obligaton is to the court,
not their client. Once you become a client of an attorney, you are immediately, a ward of the court, so you are a ward
of the state and then a ward of the court if you hire an attorney. What many call the 'Straw Name' and
others call a 'transmitting utility' is really lawfully a 'Nom Deguerre'.
If a Nom Deguerre is a fictitious name, a war name, a name assumed for a time, then what
you call a birth certificated name, or in error, a government name, or straw, or transmitting utility, or slave name,
fits any part or all of the definition of a 'nom deguerre'. It is possibly easier, at first to see
it as a name assumed for a time, and you have decided that 'time' is up, until you can fully understand how
it is a war name and how it is fictitious. That is secondarily easier because you know it was established by a corporation
and is in all caps, which by all definitions is a fiction because anything in all caps indicates a corporation's name.
A 'name' is a label and is meant for corporations. You would have an appellation, which
means to call out to, and an attribute. However, an attribute is not a proper appellation. It could be likened
to a nick-name, but is not that either, as it is a descriptive persona or personality quality. The Nom Deguerre (often
referred to as Straw or Transmitting Utility), was created by a certificate and any other instruments
created from it, i.e. drivers license, marriage license, etc., are void because it comes from
a void instrument in the first instance. THEREFORE you do not need to go through any process to make it Void or Voidable.
Name
comes under the 14th Amendment as a fiction, a corporate citizen or member jurisdiction. The 14th
Amendment, although NOT ratified, was established under the jurisdiction of a corporate state, for and referring to corporations
from its inception and never meant for natural beings, therefore any 'person' answering to it, is potentially corporate state
chattel property with NO RIGHTS to be acknowledged. Those instruments are in themselves proof of human slavery
or human trafficking. It does NOT put you on the stock market, as you are not on the stock market, that piece of
paper, certificate - bond is, but not you. You are to Ex Rel it whenever it comes up. There are only two people
who can make an 'Ex Rel" claim and that is either the Attorney General (speaking for a fiction, i.e. any corporate
state, he or she is the Attorney for the entire State, with other agents and assigns underneath them. Naturally you
have more information regarding what you call a straw man" then anyone. But did YOU really create a "straw

update 1/28/23 Use of Birth Certificate Processes The Birth Certificate is proof in itself, of being an instrument used for human trafficking, so the only thing YOU
need to do is Rebuke that fraud, by making your Declaration and Proclamation regarding it. However,
if you are seeking to become complicit in the human trafficking, then you will go down the rabbit hole of
commerce that pertains to it. You Decide. . IF YOU BELIEVE A COURT OR ANYONE HAD JURISDICTION OVER YOU BECAUSE OF A BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- Then let them lay it on the table -- NOT YOU!! They would be proving they are engaging in "human
trafficking and they are not likely to do that for any record, even if it is not a court of true record, or a defacto court.

of Authenticating a Birth Certificate. You CANNOT authenticate something that is already authenticated.
ESPECIALLY when you did not create it and were not on the Board of Directors who did create it. THE BIRTH
CERTIFICATE itself was made an act of congress around 1930's and that was stemming from
an ORIGINAL concern by British (England) Moors to investigate
why the Slavics they brought here to work were bringing disease and thatl goes back to the industrial revolution rght after
the reconstruction, wherein manufacturing plants were toxic. In essence, the finances on the certificates are not "money"
or finances for anyone to collect. It is being used for foundations to dump money (bonds)
on it, believe it or not, for medical research. For this reason, they need to show a consistent "head count"

2. Identifiction Fraud Arrest . .You DO NOT Have to Show Identification - You CANNOT lawfully

Yet, it seems to happen
anyway - So who is the law violators.
Most are coerced into unlawful clutches. If you find yourself in such a situation and
your Identification has been confiscated saying it was presented fraudulently, then be sure to make a Claim of Property or
a 'WRit of Replevin". - It is your property. As for the claim they make on you, that you presented something
fraudently, be sure to read the so-named statute they are charging you with, as within it is says that one presented false
paperwork, or ID, "WITH THE INTENT" to fraud. You did not have that intent and your 1 page
name correction / proclamation proves that. So does 3 other people corraborating their knowledge of you being who you
say you are. The Name Correction / Proclamaton has your old 'name' (nom deguerre) AND your new free national appellation
and that is proof within itself that you are not being fraudulent.
. Therefore, such a charge is easily in error and
to be handled and dismissed. The reason they do not want to deal with you in your free national, national, flesh and
blood being status is because they cannot, they can ONLY deal with, and issue to, other fictions. Then there is that
other reason, because they want to continue to extract from whatever finances or bonds they have on your fictitiou name,
that they administered into existence via the birth certificate itself. This is where the birth certificate is used
as a human trafficking instrument. But, that 'name' is not you - right? and now that the people are aware of them
extracting finances, the gig is up - right? So what side of the pole / polarity are you really on? Oh, what a
tangled web we weave, when at first we intend to deceive. However you decide to handle the false charge of being fraudulent,
be sure either way, to Demand your ID, your property back and put a price on it, to compensate you for your property (Bill
of Right 5, also referred to as Amendment 5) . Kolender v. Lawson (461 U.S. 352, 1983) in which the United States Supreme Court ruled that a police officer could not arrest
a citizen merely for refusing to present identification.
. You utilize your national identification
card when and as you wish to, when you think the need arises. .. DO
NOT ALLOW ANY POLICY ENFORCERS OR HIGHWAY MEN TO TAKE YOUR IDENTIFICATION - AS IT IS YOUR PROPERTY!!

In Amendment V, last part it says: ... nor be
deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor
shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
. The only 'person' guilty of identification fraud or impersonation is
those who have attempted to de-nationalize the natural people via negotiable instruments, i.e. birth certificates, presenting
drivers license as ID., etc., which is absolute proof of human trafficking. Theya re also fraudently acting as
authority without the authority and this is accentuated by them violating their oath to uphold the law. So, who is really
the fraud? Upon them them trying to force a negotiable instrument as 'identification' upon you, they are also participating
in human trafficking, which is an act of genocide. Each Policy Enforcer who does so, MUST be charged with same in both
their private and professional capacity! Such claims made by you of this activity MUST be made by you. Otherwise
you are saying it is acceptable by you. You ahve to stand for th, as no one else will stand for you because the law of this
land does not impede anyone's "right to contract". By not making adjustments or correcting unjust activities,
it means you acquiesce to it. So if you are an unsuspecting and are not, or have not been aware of what is really
happening, I think these days and times have exposed it to even the unsuspecting. Please do not make the mistake of
calling these activities 'racism', when it is not. It is birthright theft! human trafficking! and Acts of Genocide!
Just because an officer presumes interpretation of the law, does not make it right, exact or applicable. As 'Officers
of the Court' or as 'Public Servants', are deemed to know the law and they DO NOT have immunity to the liability of not knowing

The courts are not bound by an officers interpretation of the law under which he presumes
to act. .
.Owen v. Independence, 100 S.C.T. 1398, 445 US 622 “Officers of the court have no immunity, when violating a Constitutional right, from liability. For
they are deemed to know the law.” . This means we, the people, MUST be busy about holding anyone to
the Law, we must uphold and enforce it ourselves so that we are not molested by any 'other' citizens. That is why Prophet
Noble Drew Ali said, ..."There is but one supreme issue and that is to enforce the Constitution FOR the United
States of America". Being aware that most do not know the law or case laws that support and enforce it,
of which those case laws were established prior by someone who did enforce it, by them bringing claim / suit against those
'persons' who violated it against them. This being done in disregard to the position they say they hold. Most People
have not generally enforced the law because the not knowing has placed them in a 'mental slavery', of which Noble Drew Ali,
who was well versed in these matters, also made a statement that he has come to take you out of your mental slavery.
It requires study, study, study, in order to become knowledgeable and to be what you know, as you can only be what
you know.

No State, Federal or Local Government... . ...can deny your claim of who you say you are. The corporate states are not only corporations,
they are foreign corporations. A State's jurisdiciton and a local Municipality jurisdiciton is quasi-national
Moors, aboriginal and indigenous natural people's matters are National and International. There exist no jursidiction
over the natural people. This is what "diversity of Citizenship is all about, as referenced in the Constitution
under Article III dealing with judicial authority. For any corporation existing in this land to demand that you
have an identification card from a corporation and to deny you any right, privilege or service because you don't, is
a violation of your 1st Amendment Right to Free Association (Right To Contract). Many who people who operate corporations,
businesses, etc., et al, will attempt to deny your identification because they say it is NOT a state I.D. and it is their
policy handed down to them from the respective corporate state.
. However, your identification card is in fact a state Identification from a 'Moorish
Nation State', to be respected as such, but it is not a corporate state. (see definition of state below). BESIDES,
the Union States CANNOT ISSUE a NATIONAL ID, as they are Quasi-National Domiciles. No State can create policies that
violate the law, and then expect the people to respect it as law. The law of this land, and the governmental structure
is established to protect the people's rights. Any Public Official / Government Official / Trustee is obligated
to same. Governments are corporations ran by Trustees / Public Servants / Government Officials and we find now that
they are ACTUALLY CORPORATIONS feigning to be Government. Corporations have no parity with the real,
they can only regulate corporations. A true Public Servant / Trustee / are obligated in both their professional and
private capacity, as they are obligated to be law abiding, as we wll are, and they cannot hide behind corporations
and policies of corporations. Beside, policies that violate the rights of the people have no standing anyway.

The 'Treaty of Peace
and Friendship' is the pre-mandate, or a treaty that has already been made before the constitution that is included
in it as the 'law of the land'. The Treaty was in pre-paredness for them to get their freedom and be able to sail the
seas freely. The pre-activity is what brought the newly formed states into the fold of government in the first place,
to end slavery and the wars surrounding it taking place upon the American land. Some states were considered the several
states and some did not want to join the union styled as "the united states of america". It doesn't matter,
they are all under the law of the land. Thisi the art of the history taht tht is TRUTH, but they don't exactly tell
it like this as it would be and ADMISSION that they were / are the Slavics, the slaves befor they continued participation

Even the IRS, which is an accounting firm for hire, is a corporation. You, the natural people do NOT have to partiipate in
making contributions to them or in participating with the Social Security Adminsitration insurance program if you do not want
to. And you do not have to show proof of existence of the Moors being the aboriginal people, as it is already recorded
and is in the congressional records as well. As for the Constitution, all authority is delegated to them and there exist
no authority to deny the people's liberties and rights. That in itself is an act of warring against the people, of acting
in fraud and committing Treason and Genocide. Thus any 'person' who does so can be personally and
professionally be liable and be sued for said violations - ONLY if you suit them, if you make that claim against them proper. . STATE, n. A people permanently occupying a fixed territory bound together by common-law habits and custom into one body politic

SUMMATION AS IT RELATES TO YOUR ID CARD(s):
For anyone, any entity, corporation or otherwise, etc., to deny your identification card because it is not
issued from and under the jurisdiction of a corporate state, or enclave of a corporate state, is not only a coercion
for you to adhere to policies and it is not only a presumption and assumption that you are a corporation or corporate person,
it blantantly violates your natural rights, your divine rights and your right to contract, also violates the defines
of what identification is: . DEFINITION OF I.D. CARD: A card that
gives identifying information such as name, age, and organizational membership, about a person who then carries the card and
uses it to establish his or her identity, also called "identity card." -- Tormont's Websters Illustrated Encyclopedic
Dictionary, 1987. .
The Birth Certificate HAS BEEN USED as an instrument of 'human trafficking',
and effectively has denied people's rights / liberties.
It is adminstered from a private agency, although many think it is the government - it is NOT!! It is
the foreign corporate state that colludes with the Hospitals to create a certificate of each child born
and then turn it over to the corporate state's usual "Vital Statistics" department for them to record as public
record under their jurisdiction. Any instruments administered from a corporation is under their jurisdiction
and if you are not diligent, they will under presumption define you as a corporation, or property of a corporation (chattel).
The highest form of identification is the footprint or thumbprint. This is why they usually utilize
a 'footprint' on the birth certificate for your child. They stamp it onto the certificate created and established
under the jurisdiction of a corporation, which makes your child a corporation at birth, BUT BY NAME ONLY!!.It is not really your child, nor is it you. It is all done on a presumption and easily accomplished
because we have no knowledge of it, therefore do not "set records straight".
YOUR MOTHER
WAS NOT AN INFORMANT to a feigned, colorable, construct. If anything, upon knowing what it REALLY is, she and
anyone else ought to have been the ones informing others. That is why, left as it is, the instrument is identified as
an instrument that proves 'human trafficking'. Therefrom they not only profit from it with their
closed door schemes, they deny your child's rights of birth and violate your liberties and their liberties. It
cannot be held as a contract if it violates the laws of contract with failure to disclose. It is mis-leading in a methodical manner
and has made many believe you must have a birth certificate when you do not. Keeping records of your family's tree,
expansions, fatal and natural demises is still sufficient at law. How is it that they can create a birth record regarding
you and your family but yours is not good. On top of this, they don't give you the record, they just give you the certificate
that indicates an exchange has been made. That is what a certificate is Yet and still, your record is inconsequential.
That absolutely makes no sense. A birth record and a birth certificate are two different things. They keep the
birth record as THEIR property. Go back to keeping your own birth record or 'Record of Birth" in regards to your
babies and you can put it on the public record yourself or NOT! OR be PRIVATE. A birth certificate absolutely implies
an exchange, as in a 'Bill of Exchange' and is a bond, as in Human Bondage. When
you know better -- you do better. . . The Drivers License is an instrument for those who are hired to 'drive', to carry cargo, goods, passengers and all the
regulations therein are for same. It is not for those who are Traveling.
We know that "Highway Men' are defined as those who go out on the highway and accost Travelers. This cannot be
made any clearer. You might want to read USC Title 49, which is the Federal Departmen of Transportations Drivers program
and defines the rules for 'drivers', of which the States were allowed to participate in and adminsiter, however when
they (States) contracted out to the municipalities who have policy enforcers and the local municipalities began raping the
people of their liberties and falsifying reports to the Federal Department of Transportation. This being done so they
could continue to get the Federal finance to continue to administer the program. In other words, since they knew the
people were generally getting educated in their municipal school institutions, they excluded the facts in regards to the drivers
license instrument and they taught the people in the schools that they HAD TO HAVE a license instrument in order to Travel.
There goes generation after generation of mis-informed people. This does not mean that one ought not know how to operate
any vehicle or conveyance, nor does it mean they ought not learn safety when traveling or navigating on the roads. It
means you ought not be exploited, nor put under threat, duress, or coercison in order to travel upon the highways, as it is
a substantive right / liberty. It also translates to this question: How else will municipalities make finances
to feed their families, if they cannot exploit you and yours? .
There exist no law preventing the establishment of an allodial indentification card. In
fact aboriginal and indigenous people have the right to establish their own identification that must be respected. Even
unto Federal law (of which all states and several states are an enclave of, proof of same is their FID# (Federal

4. Are You Aboriginal and Indigenous?
. Obama acknowledged "Rights of Indigenous People" when he was in office. To be Aboriginal you are automatically Indigenous, however all people who claim

is Who in government. In so much as you need to know what government REALLY is, and who governs
you, as you are government (governing- your mental), thus you are the one who governs and you must be civilized yourself and

right to 'change' your nationality; although there exist no natonality with the birth certificate that your parents
seemed to have vested you in and Negro colored, black, etc., are not nationalities. The birth certificate
was established with intentional deceit and fraud. Thus one can presently Declare their Nationality and exercise
their Rights of birth. There is much resistance because finances are made off of corporate property and
that is the false report that is given when a birth certificate is issued. Example, if you are identified as a
corporation, by that certificate that you CLAIM is you, but it is not and never was. Then you pay 'income' taxes because
the pay check is 'considered' income, when really it is wages, however if you SAY it is income then you are saying
it is profit from a corporate investment, so then you are taxed as if you are the coporate investment. So, stop calling
it income. Stop acting as if you are a corporation, a corporate person and your wages will no longer be considered
a coporate investment and the excess after listing all you spent to maintain will no longer be considered the profit, that

the Declaration of the Rights of the Child - Principle 3 it states:

do not have the 'preferred' ID of the asker, you can present 2 of another ID, which is sufficient. Many of the rules
and thoughts people utilize in regards to ID's is based on the fact that they do not have a National ID. In the absence
of a National ID, they have commonly accepted a Birth Certificate and /or a Drivers License. Those
instruments are commonly accepted BECAUSE one does not have a National ID Card. And as stated before a State
CANNOT offer a National ID and a corporation (municipality) cannot offer one either. So let's stick to the law and have

18:1028 is also in every Attorney Generals' Manual under 1508 --Specifically Mentioned Identification Documents.In Section 1028 or 1508 in Attorney General's
manual, it designates three special non-federal identification documents and gives them preferred treatment. These three
documents are in the ABSENCE OF A NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD. Say that to yourself 3 times. The
3 they will accept in the ABSENCE of a national ID is 1. Birth Certificate 2.
Drivers License and 3. Personal Identification Card (of which they offer a 'personal ID' themselves
to you. All being in the ABSENCE OF A NATIONAL ID. At that point, if you have a National ID, then it does not
apply and there is no need for it.
No one ought to ever been charged with "fake ID" or "false ID".
This is why the Attorney General is always at minimum given a courtesy copy of your challenging the constitutionality of a
state statute, as he / she is the chief judicial officer of all judicial functions and he / she knows your ID is not
false or fake. But when you dance with State's in their venues, that don't even have a judicial delegation of authority,

It has an expiration date on it, of which your identity DOES

It is adminstered
from a corporate agency and is an instrument for commerce, thus could never be identification for the natural people.
As an instrument used for Commerce in the moving of cargo, goods and
passengers along the highways, it does not and never was meant for the natural people to travel upon the highways.
If used as an identification it denationalizes a natural person.
To use it as a 'permission'
to travel is to deny you of the 'right' to travel, as it turns that right into a privilege by licensing it and attaching
a fee to it.

8. What Each Title Means
. Choosing your "Appellation" & Title.. . Updated 1/28/23 . We are Fundamentally Els and Beys and
ought to start there. The other titles are to be attained by degree. If any of us are not yet sure of who we are fundamentally,
then we do not need to pour on titles that we cannot stand on, as these titles of YOUR foremothers and forefathers are DIVINE
in nature and in Spirit and will put you in a TEST by Divine Nature that you may not be ready for. . As for Sisters:
Allah is actually a feminine word. There re many appellations of women that include 'ah', as it means the breath of
life - the holy breath - the truth. Example: Diana, would be corrected to Dianah or Diannah. Rebecca to
Rebeccah or Rebekkah etc. Most name books are based in Latin. You can also consult a Islamic
or Arabic name book for further suggestions. Moors are the original Arabs, but correctly it is originally the Berbers.
As well, you may want to look up the 'name' given by your mother or father, or family, in a name book, as
all name books are based in Moorish Latin or Arabic, and you may find the originating spelling and pronunciation of the 'name'
you were given. You may find to keep your existing one and add your title El or Bey. You might want
to look at protocol done by Prophet Noble Drew Ali for initiates who entered the Temple to hear the truth about
their nationality and birthrights, which was to simply add an El or Bey, but do NOT use a hyphen. A hyphen does not

without history you cannot comprehend Law. A simple affixing of the titles of El or Bey to your existing
'name' corrected your name and placed you under the jurisdiciton of your Moorish family at North, South, Central and the adjoining

is definitely a part of gaining back your (seemingly) lost estate and your title El or Bey is the title to said estate.
Al, Dey and Ali are also titles. However, they are attained by degree. The 5 titles are the premise
of the so-called acceptance of the 5- civilized tribes (families) during the induction or branding of Moors as Federally

If a Writ is a brief
that expresses your position regarding a matter, then an identification card from a corporate jurisdiction cannot express
your position as a natural person. Writs administered by a corporation are under a feudal, limited authority
and places you under the jurisdiction of a corporation indicating you are a citizen / member of said corporation. Your
position is allodial — not feuda. lAs a ‘natural
person’ “In Full Life” you could never be a citizen / member of a corporate state (see original 13th amendment).
The united states of america is a corporation in clear distinction from the United States, of which the ‘united
states’ is a metaphor because there are many ‘united states’. Therefore you cannot vaguely
be a citizen of the united states. All Law is specific. All states and the several
states are enclaves of the corporate ‘united states of america’. You must know the difference
between that which is feudal and that which is allodial.
That which is feudal can NEVER, EVER administer anything allodial to you. Example:
El, Bey, Dey, Al and Ali are Titles. An instrument established by a corporate
state IS NOT and never could be a Title. They can only administer certificates of Title, Bills of Exchanges
and Deeds for corporations. Those who administer these instruments are acting as first lien holders against
your estate via a straw man or transmitting utility established at birth and evidenced in the birth certificate and in violation
of "jus precarium". You cannot accept certificates and bills of exchange, as they are
all instruments of commerce. Your nationality is NOT commercial
and cannot be bought, sold or transferred. Thus, the necessity for an allodial universal identification

of the ‘Statutes At Large’, in regards to the forming of the American Constitution and its meaning and intent in reference to imposed taxes on ‘persons’ it states: “Persons are not the subjects of commerce, and not being imported
goods, they do not fall within the meaning founded upon
the constitution, of a power given to congress, to regulate
commerce, and the prohibition of
the states for imposing a duty on imported goods.
Ibid; gibbons v. Ogen 9 Wheat 1; 5 Cond. Rep. 562” Re-read, particularly, Article I, Section 8.1 and 9.1 . In Addition: Federa l Reserve Notes are Obligations of the United States and NOT of the natural people, as affirmed in United States Codes of
Conduct. USC Title 12; Sec. 411(see left). Therefore, the obligation is being transferred to you in fraud, however if
you are a member / citizen, then you are complicit.
Congress nor the states were NEVER given the power to regulate the natural people (re-iterated
in Amendment IX). The Constitution was drafted for the modern Europeans to be on the land and to do commerce,

is a new era of time now, and all men now must proclaim their free national name to be recognized by the government in which
they live and the nations of the earth, this is the reason why Allah the Great God of the universe ordained Noble Drew Ali,
the Prophet to redeem this people from their sinful ways. The Moorish-Americans are the descendants of the ancient Moabites
who inhabited the North Western and South Western shores of Africa.
For those who have been in
the Temples or have otherwise become familiar with the "101 Questionnaire" for
Moorish American Children - Sunday School, the first '7' questions of the questionnaire are often utilized
in accordance with 'all members' proclaiming their nationality, as prescribed in Act 6, wherein 'all members must proclaim
their nationality . However if you are not in a temple, or are in a Temple, you must not only Declare (be
clear) , regarding your Nationality, you must also proclaim it. Thus, the procedure of proclaiming inside
or outside of the Temple are two different things in its own rites or ritual. Many in the Temple erroneously think that
if you don't go through the procedures prescribed in the Temple, you haven't proclaimed. However, they must recognize
that proclaming outside of the temple ritual does not mean one has not proclaimed their nationality. Proclaim:
To promulgate; to announce, to publish, by governmental authority, intelligence of public acts or transactions or other
matters important to be known by the people. To give wide publicity to; to disclose.
A Proclamation:
The act of proclaming or publishing; a formal declaration. (Thus ,the printing or publshing of something you have already
declared makes what you have declared a 'formal declaration', a Proclamation, because declaring does not necessarily
have anything to do with publishing, however, proclaiming in fact has all to do with publishing, thus something written,
a written document made public for the public record. A Proclamation is also the act of causing some state matters
to be published or made generally known. A written or printed document in which are contained such matters, issued by
proper authority. . If you do nothing else to Declare your Nationality, which
means to be clear yourself and it does not necessarily have anything to do wtih any paperwork, while proclaiming has
all to do with paperwork, something written. Are the Temple Members really proclaiming? It seems those within
the Temple, may have Declared, but have confused proclaiming with declaring and thus have in fact declared in front of
the people of the Temple only, or within the Temple. Conversely many not in the Temple are proclaiming (putting in written
form) but not Declaring (being clear themselves about themselves). . In reality of things it seems that most, in and out of the Temple are also NOT really clear, they are without
self clarity, lacking proper concepts of historical references, lacking proper schooling to put in perspective those
bits of history they do receive, yet being clear and Declaring is absolutely necessary before any rituals of proclamations
or publishing of, ought be done. I suppose that is why the Prophet said if nothing else Declare your nationality, as
it is the most important pre-requisite because if you are not clear yourself, how can you possibly put that which you are
not clear of in written form? If you are clear of your position, you can easily figure out what it is you are to put
in written form or proclam and make a proclamation of or about. Anything written is a brief that expresses your position
regarding a matter. Declare:
To make known, manifest, or (make) clear. To signify, to show in any manner either by words or acts. Thus Declaring does not necessarily mean to publish, as its foremost meaning is for one to be clear about something
themselves. It can include to publish, it is also to utter, to annnounce clearly some opinion or resoluton.

presumptions, it is in the Natural Persons’ best interest to Lawfully Notify or to give Declaratory Affidavits of Facts. The Name Correction and Judicial Notice and Proclamation serves
as 'Lawful Notice' to Principles
and to Agents; that there shall be no assumed jurisdiction in matters concerning you. Once you receive your Sealed Proclamations, a cover

Document #1 (Name Correction is 1 page and requires your autograph and 2 other witness autographs) and Document #2 (Judicial Notice and Proclamation is 6 pages and it requires your signature and two other
witnesses. We also sign and seal the last page 6 of that 6-page document in the Vizir section. Many make the error
of signing where we are supposed to sign.
Once you filled it in, you then print down 3 copies,
sign them, and mail all 3 to us. We seal them, we keep one copy and send the other 2 back to you signed and sealed.
You Keep one in a safe place and the other you use to make copies for whenever you want to send a copy to put someone on Lawful
Notice. Never give them your authentic raised seal document, only send a copy to others.
We also send you the definitions and purposes of the departments
that you send Lawful Notice to and a cover letter for you to use, signed by you, for when you send to them. The definitions
of the various departments are for your knowlege and understanding of why you send to them, if you send to them. You
cand send or Notify them on a need-to-know-basis. Keep in mind you can also utilize "Notice to Principal is Notice To
Agent - Notice To Agent is Notice To Principal. So always send certified and keep your proof that you did make Lawful
Notice. Do not expect an answer, per se', as these are Lawful NOTICES and that does not necessrily require an answer.
Just hold on to your proof that you notified atleast one of the agents. A sample document

AND HAVING THEM SEALED: . It is advised
to have Writs Sealed with the Moorish Government Seal, the ancient symbol of Civilization. These
documents CANNOT be marked, notated, or imprinted by or with any foreign entities company seal. They
can only be authenticated with the Seal of the Moorish Nation. This can be completed by folowing the below directions
which we strongly suggest you read. . The following instructions are for the proclamations papers ONLY. .
13.1 Download Documents. Do not use documents from some
one's computer / or flash drive as there are minor updates from time to time: - "Name Correction"
consist of 1 page and
- "Judicial
Notice and Proclamation" consist of 6 pages
Documents are done as a Word doc. - font is 12 pt. Some operating systems, MacIntosh, some Android devices, google docs, etc., may alter the format and extend the pages. Please check that they
print out as indicated. 1 page Name Correction and 6 page Judicial Notice.
13.2
Fill them out at the designated highlighted locations in beige box, or in red print. Removing the indicators: "Free National Appellation Here" and "GOVERNMENT / STRAW NAME
HERE" and "Your Free National Appellation Here" on
the Proclamation and replace it with your information. ALSO, if you are able, please change the color from red
to black, where applicable to make a continuum document and check to make sure the font size is '12 pt, especially
if your system alters the pages. See sample at end of this section. .
13.3 Print them on "8.5
x 14" legal size paper and Sign them in script, cursive, only in the designated sections.
DO NOT sign or date in the Vizir section
on last page 6 of the 6 page Judicial Notice. If the documents are for you, you cannot also sign as your own witness.
You must obtain witnesses. You will need 2 witnesses. These witnesses must be DECLARED Moors, declared meaning
they are clear about their lineal descent bloodline and even if they have not completed their paper process, they
can sign yours with their titles El or Bey.
If there is a group of you you, each can sign each others as
witnesses. Remember you were born with your Nationality and can Declare it at once and it is "Nunc Pro Tunc"
(now for then). If you do not send the documents
in with the 2 witnesses; They will be DELAYED, until witnesses are managed. .
13.4 Send 3 signed fresh ORIGINALS of each document with a Postal Money Order, (made out to RV Bey
Publications) or use Cash App $RVBey, or use paypal for credit and debit payments. The amount is $25.00 FRN notes, which
covers cost for sealing all 3 sets: Three (3) 1-page Name Corrections and three (3) 6-page Proclamations, a total of
6 documents will be sealed and a total of twenty one (21) pages is what you will send. . 13.5 MAIL YOUR SIGNED PROCLAMATIONS: - Do Not Email documents (they must be processed
via hard copy and wet ink signature)
- Do Not Alter Proclamations (this if for unification;
documents contain all needed for 'Lawful Notice')
- Do Not Fold or Staple Proclamations.
- Do Not Sign in Black or Blue Ink; or any other color. Sign in Red Ink ONLY and in script / cursive.
A lawful autograph is in script NOT print.
- Do Not Send Registered Mail.
It will be
returned to you undelivered. We will contact you and let you know we have received your package, so please include your
email on the form, if you hand write your email, please print legibly. We receive a lot of emails that are not legible,

the Cover Letter for '7 Locations: Once your Name Correction and Judicial Notice and Proclamation
is Sealed, 2 are returned to you with a 'Cover Letter' to send to each of the '7 locations.
- "Notice to the Principal is Notice to the Agent". When you send
a copy of your completed and sealed Proclamations, they are a "Lawful Public Notice". That
means you are NOT expecting any response or permission acknowledgement. You can utilize your certified mail receipt
as proof of service that you sent them for your records. We suggest you keep one copy of your completed and sealed
name correction and judicial notice in a safe place and never send the original copy with the raised seal to anyone!!.
The other Name Correction and Judicial Notice can be utilized to produce when and if and where necessary. Your Judicial
Notice and Proclamation does not necessarily answer a claim against you in a so-called court. You must answer that based
on the alleged claim lawfully and respectively. If you do have an occasion to show them (proclamation papers), always
make a color copy. You can show an original authentic copy as needed, however, you do not ever give the
authentic copy with the seal on it to anyone. They can notate or authenticate that they saw an authentic
copy of your completed and sealed proclamations, but NEVER give anyone an original raised sealed copy. .

The National Identification Card is a universal
card with a rotarian complexion and is not administered from a corporate jurisdiction, a private club, association or private
